There are several kinds of housing and shops available for rent in the sim.
Houses in Deadwood are 600L a week with 100 prims.
Shops in the Fort Laramie entry area are 100L a week with 10 prims.
You may rent 1 to 4 weeks at a time.
Rooms are also available in the various hotels, boarding houses, saloons and similar establishments in Deadwood. You may speak or roleplay with the proprietors of those establishments if you wish to stay there.
If you are interested in renting out space, agree to the following terms and pay the rental sign set out in each space.
Terms
Wear the “Road to Deadwood” group tag when rezzing your items or else they will be auto-returned.
Only Western and Victorian goods associated with the time period 1800-1880 may be used in the roleplay area and in sim.
All furniture and decor in homes and rooms must fit the 1870′s old west setting. The generous prim limits are there for you to decorate your house to make it blend in with the town.
Shop decor and vendors must blend in with the setting. Modern design vendors will not be allowed as are pictures glowing blindingly on the walls.
Rental of any space in sim constitutes acceptance of all the terms listed above.
